• 2-Day Plan: Ideal for families needing care for just two days a week.

• 3-Day Plan: Perfect for those who require a bit more flexibility with three days of care each week.

Important Information About Our Part-Time Plans:

• Set Schedules: Our part-time care requires set schedules to ensure consistency for both your child and our staff, as well as to maintain our proper ratios. Non-set schedules will be allowed via our drop in plan when that is avaliable.

• Advance Notice: Any changes to your part-time schedule must be requested at least one month in advance.

• Non-Refundable: Please note all of our plans are non-refundable, ensuring we can maintain our commitment to staffing and resources for all children in our care.

2-Day Plan:

Introducing Our Flexible Drop-In Plan!

**LIMITED AVAILABILITY**

We understand that parents need flexibility, so we are excited to offer a convenient Drop-In Plan designed to accommodate your family's dynamic schedule. With this plan, you can drop off your child as needed, based on our availability.

Key Features of the Drop-In Plan:

• Limited Availability: Availability for our Drop-In Plan is limited and subject to the current capacity of our programs. We highly recommend contacting us in advance to confirm space is available for your desired date and time. Due to state regulations, we must adhere to strict child-to-staff ratios. As a result, we cannot accommodate any drop-ins that would exceed these ratios. Drop-in spots are, therefore, the first to be adjusted or reduced if capacity limits are reached. 

• Deposit and Fees:

  • To secure a spot in the Drop-In Plan, a minimum deposit of $100 is required in addition to our standard enrollment fee.

  • Daily usage fees will be deducted from this deposit. Once the deposit is depleted, it will be billed back up to the original deposit level to maintain your spot.

  • Any remaining balance from the deposit is fully refundable with a two-week written notice of cancellation, ensuring flexibility and peace of mind.

• Flexible Scheduling:

  • The Drop-In Plan allows you to bring in your child for a minimum of 4 hours per visit.

  • The cost is budget-friendly at $5 per hour.

  • Care is available for up to 12 hours per day during our operating hours, providing you with maximum flexibility.

How to Use the Drop-In Plan:

1. Check Availability: Please contact us in advance to confirm availability for your desired date and time. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The sooner you schedule the more likely we are to have space.

2. Prepayment Required: Drop-in fees are to be prepaid at the time of booking to secure your spot. The prepaid deposit will be applied toward your drop-in sessions or refunded with proper notice of cancellation. Failure to top off your deposit when requested will forfeit your spot in the drop off list.

3. Minimum Stay: Each drop-in session must be a minimum of 4 hours. This allows us to maintain a structured and engaging environment for all children.

4. Maximum Stay: Children can stay for a maximum of 12 hours per day, ensuring they have a balanced experience while at our center.

Additional Information:

• Refund Policy: Deposits are refundable with a minimum of two weeks' written notice of cancellation. This ensures that we can plan accordingly and accommodate other families.

• Program Activities: During their stay, your child will participate in age-appropriate activities that are part of our regular programming, ensuring a fun, safe, and enriching experience.

• Health and Safety: We follow strict health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children. Please ensure your child meets our health criteria on the day of drop-in to prevent any disruptions.

Our Transportation Options:

1. To and From School:

   • Rate: $5 per ride.

   • Includes assistance with seat belts, ensuring your child arrives safely at school or the daycare center.

2. To and From Home:

   • Rates are calculated on a family-by-family basis, based on current transportation routes. Please contact us for an individualized quote.

What Sets Us Apart:

• Safety First: Our drivers are licensed, meet all state regulations, and are trained in first aid and CPR. Our vehicles have dash cameras to ensure 

• Child-Friendly Vehicles: All vehicles are equipped with age-appropriate child safety seats, booster seats, and seat belts to meet Nebraska state requirements.

• Real-Time Tracking: We use the ProCare app to keep parents informed of transportation check-ins and check-outs.

• Emergency Preparedness: Each vehicle is stocked with first aid kits, sick kits, and emergency contact lists for every child.

How It Works:

1. Enrollment in Transportation Services:
   Sign up through our office or website. Written consent is required to begin transportation services.

2. Scheduling:
   Let us know your child’s schedule, and we’ll handle the rest!

3. Communication:
   Stay connected through the ProCare app for real-time updates on your child’s transportation.

Magical Adventures Discovery Center is pleased to announce that we now accept Title XX funding for eligible families. We are committed to providing accessible and flexible childcare options, and we are excited to expand our services to accommodate families who utilize government subsidy programs.

What You Need to Know:

• Eligibility: Families interested in using Title XX funding must provide the necessary documentation to verify eligibility.

• Enrollment Process: Please contact our office to discuss your specific needs and complete the enrollment process. Due to the low funding of Title XX payments in Cass County, we are currently limited in our capacity to accept Title XX-funded placements. 

• Flexible Plans: Title XX can be applied to various childcare plans, including our new Drop-In Plan (subject to availability).
